Project Overview:

The overall project consists of the construction of 3700m of NPS 12 Poly Lined Steel Pipeline, the scope of work included:

Scope

  • Complete first calls & second sweeps along the ROW
  • Mobilization of crew & equipment
  • Prep the ROW (mow grass, open fence lines, install batter boards/road signs & string skids)
  • Hydrovac of the existing underground facilities
  • String line pipe & set up start joints
  • Welding & sleeving of the mainline
  • Boring of a valley, river, and slough
  • Excavate ditch and complete line crossings
  • Lower pipe in and complete tie-ins
  • Sand pad & backfill ditch
  • Complete pigging and cleaning runs
  • Cut & weld in pull point liner flanges
  • Flooding & testing of the steel pipeline
  • Support the poly liner installation
  • Flooding & testing of the poly-lined pipeline
  • Install risers at the endpoints
  • Backfill pull points and risers
  • Complete above-ground piping and final tie-ins
  • Support the commissioning of the completed pipeline
  • Final clean-up to be completed in the fall of 2026
