Project Overview:
The overall project consists of the construction of 3700m of NPS 12 Poly Lined Steel Pipeline, the scope of work included:
Scope
- Complete first calls & second sweeps along the ROW
- Mobilization of crew & equipment
- Prep the ROW (mow grass, open fence lines, install batter boards/road signs & string skids)
- Hydrovac of the existing underground facilities
- String line pipe & set up start joints
- Welding & sleeving of the mainline
- Boring of a valley, river, and slough
- Excavate ditch and complete line crossings
- Lower pipe in and complete tie-ins
- Sand pad & backfill ditch
- Complete pigging and cleaning runs
- Cut & weld in pull point liner flanges
- Flooding & testing of the steel pipeline
- Support the poly liner installation
- Flooding & testing of the poly-lined pipeline
- Install risers at the endpoints
- Backfill pull points and risers
- Complete above-ground piping and final tie-ins
- Support the commissioning of the completed pipeline
- Final clean-up to be completed in the fall of 2026
