Project Locations:

The overall project consists of the construction of 3700m of NPS 12 Poly Lined Steel Pipeline, the scope of work included:

Scope

Complete first calls & second sweeps along the ROW
Mobilization of crew & equipment
Prep the ROW (mow grass, open fence lines, install batter boards/road signs & string skids)
Hydrovac of the existing underground facilities
String line pipe & set up start joints
Welding & sleeving of the mainline
Boring of a valley, river, and slough
Excavate ditch and complete line crossings
Lower pipe in and complete tie-ins
Sand pad & backfill ditch
Complete pigging and cleaning runs
Cut & weld in pull point liner flanges
Flooding & testing of the steel pipeline
Support the poly liner installation
Flooding & testing of the poly-lined pipeline
Install risers at the endpoints
Backfill pull points and risers
Complete above-ground piping and final tie-ins
Support the commissioning of the completed pipeline
Final clean-up to be completed in the fall of 2026
