Strike’s scholarship program is part of our commitment to helping break through barriers and create a positive impact on the community at large. We believe that everyone has a right to education and are committed to providing financial aid to people in historically underrepresented groups.

Annually, we are offering a $2,000 scholarship for Canadian Immigrant students living in Western Canada. For 2024, we are delighted to award the scholarship to Rattil Hassan.

Rattil is a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan. He desires to make a meaningful impact in the field of sustainable technology and innovation, and he is particularly interested in renewable energy, sustainable design, and advanced manufacturing processes.

For Rattil, community involvement is essential for both personal and professional growth. It shapes his understanding of social issues and helps him build connections with diverse groups. His contributions include:

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Supporter: Rattil has mentored and supported students from diverse backgrounds and advocated for greater diversity and representation within the field of mechanical engineering.

Overall, Rattil is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world and using his skills and knowledge to benefit others.
