Project Overview:
Strike successfully completed the fabrication and assembly of four pipe rack modules for a Compressor Station Expansion. The project involved structural steel fabrication, piping installation, electrical and heat trace systems, testing, and module preparation for shipment. Through strong collaboration across multiple disciplines, the project was delivered on schedule while meeting all quality and client requirements.
Scope
- Material receiving and management
- Structural steel fabrication and assembly of pipe rack modules
- Fabrication and installation of pipe supports, guides, shoes, and anchors
- Fabrication, fit-up, and installation of above-ground piping systems
- Installation of valves, fittings, specialty items, and inline components
- Electrical cable tray installation and support systems
- Electrical heat trace installation, terminations, and testing
- Non-destructive examination (NDE)
- Hydrostatic testing
- Painting and insulation installation
- Mechanical completion and punch list execution
- Module preservation and Ready-to-Ship (RTS) preparation
