Project Overview:

Pre-fabrication and construction services of two complete modules. Off-module process piping and structural fabrication to support site revamp efforts.

Scope:

• Pipe fabrication – ¾” to 66” NPS
• Structural installation/assembly
• Equipment and piping installation/assembly onto process modules
• Pressure testing of pipe systems
• Controtrace installation and verification
• Electrical and Instrumentation installation
• Coordination and management of the following:
  • Modular structural fabrication
  • Structural coating
  • Piping insulation
  • Securement, loading and transfer to site
