Project Overview:

This project encompasses significant enhancements to the water treatment plant and Outlook’s raw water intake.

The scope of work involved:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls upgrades at the Town of Outlook Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
• Construction of two underground concrete tanks adjacent to the WTP.
• Removal and Replacement of existing Sanitary Sewer and Asbestos Cement Watermain Pipes.
• New Sanitary Sewer pipe and manholes.
• Connections to existing sanitary sewer and potable water main networks.
• Paved road, curb, and park reconstruction.
